Beech Grove Legal Fee Payments Jan-Nov 2012

$103,245.50 +
This isn't the amount for all the Legal Services from all the different sources yet.  This is a partial from Jan-Nov 2012.  When I get Dec and the other attorneys invoices then I will have a basis of information to ask questions of the Clerk about what issues were resolved spending all this money and which ones weren't.
What we need to pay attention to is the ROI(return on investment) that we get. Say if we spent 10k on Main Street loan recovery how much did we get back if any? Or, the Apartment and multi unit rental sewage issue. Are they paying their share like a homeowner is after paying all the attorney fees to make it happen?
Once I have all the data then I can figure out what questions to ask. Documents and numbers don't lie and can't spin.

Where is the parts about the old clerk costing 400 to get this kind of thing from him when we get it now for nothing? was this emailed or did you have to pay for the copies?

when i go back and look at 2010 and 2011 it looks like Kevin was campaigning harder for Dennis to be mayor than Dennis was.

Really, not according to ole uncle buck, but then again how can you trust a man crying about money and wasteful spending only to watch him reborrow 2 million, vote to keep paying $160,000 a year the city doesn't need to, bring in a union, and hire Wileys son, for over $100,000 a year.

Dennis Buckley is an improvement over Wright Dilk, but he isn't the answer

Are the apartments going to have to pay what homeowners pay? I find it very odd that the apartment owner's attorney was used during the last council meeting to convince us citizens that sewer prices must increase. Was that part of the agreement with the apartment owners to use some "highpower" lawyer to convince us or are we also paying him for his time?

Does anyone know if apartments are treated the same as homeowner in the surrounding area?

they arent, the city attorney almost got the city sued for acting before reading the actual ordinance

The Mayor and Mr. Wiley don't seem to have any defenders. That can only mean one thing. Kudos to Mr. Roessler and company, you seem to be the only ones telling the truth these days.

People are horrible anymore! I can't believe people talk to each other like they are over on Facebook these days. At least you are speaking up for what you feel is right and you can tell you care about the city. You are only asking for answers. Keep doing what you are doing. We need more people like you in this world!
