Since the Buckley Backers claim they don't read the Blog I went back through and found the interview that I did with the Mayor who brought along the City Attorney who signed off on this posting in it's entirety as true and correct. Here is the part where Mayor Buckley gets caught not telling the truth. Please defend this Buckley people, come on Keric and Julie it's your job to protect the guy who gave you huge raises and took out a 2 million dollar bond to keep you happy right?

The Clerk Treasurer says there is no compliance person, the City Judge says there isn't one and I can't get the Mayor to respond to my request for copies of the citations this ghost of a person has written. Ever heard of a mayor refusing to meet with the citizen of a city? Remember when Buckley and his son were raising hell in city council meetings because they could not be heard and now the mayor refuses to meet with his citizens.

Someone from the positive side of Beech Grove please respond to this and give us some valid reasons why the mayor would say on the record that there is a compliance person, then find out there isn't one, then find out that even if the person was supposed to do it they never wrote a citation.
I know we could really use some around District 1. You would think that the city council person for District 1 would drive around and see stack of pallets as high as that gutters on some houses. a red truck on 12th and churchman that is wrecked and has been parked there for months with nothing done about it. on and on.
The City of Beech Grove Judge Andrew Wells was asked during the City Council Meeting earlier this week, "How many cases were filed in the BG City Court by the Compliance Officer."
Judge Andrew Wells responded, "Zero."
The Mayor interjected and said all of those cases were being handled in Environmental Court. Let’s find out if any Citations are being written at all and if not why isn’t the Compliance Officer writing them.

I am
requesting copies of all Compliance Citations issued by the Compliance Officer
or any other appointed or acting Compliance person from the time that Mayor
Buckley was sworn into office as Mayor.
I had
requested this from the City Judge but he stated that the Mayor stated in the
last City Council Meeting that all of those Citations were not filed with the
City of Beech Grove Court but were filed with the Environmental Court of Marion
County.
It is my
understanding that the City would need to keep a copy of all such Citations
filed so that the person writing the citation would be able to reference them
when testifying on behalf of the City of Beech Grove.
I am also
requesting a copy of the job description that is on file as of this date 3/6/13
for the Compliance Officer and I would like to be informed as to who this
person is currently.
I am
requesting that Mayor Buckley please give an explanation as to why the City
would not file these cases in Beech Grove Court so that the fines derived from
the Citations would be realized by the Taxpayers of Beech Grove instead of the
City of Indianapolis.

just getting back with you, I have been extremely busy. In answer to your
question the city has no compliance officer. There are no compliance citations
that i am aware of. Since taking office I have used Code enforcement or zoning
compliance or board of health. If they have filed anything in the courts I am
not aware of such filings.
I have
numbers for these offices if you want them.Just let me know.

Talk about this a lot why not mention about the schools and how they are allowing the sports programs to go to crap? Dropping a good High School Baseball coach for a complete dumb one? Switching starters around playing favorites? Does anyone care about a winning program or just hating on a city?
To date I have not received a response to my request from the Mayor or his Deputy Mayor.
It should have been pretty easy to name the Compliance Officer if there was one and provide the Job Description which should be mandatory for every position the City employs someone in.

My question is how a non employee can work in city hall and handle money and transactions? Didn't Duffer mess up enough while in office, why would we want him working in there?? Hiring the former clerk to come back and work for the city when there were 71 box tops left from the shredding of all of those documents would be a dumbass move that no one could recover from. mcmillan is as arrogant as they come but there is no way even he is that thick headed.
This box top thing is ridiculous. Has anyone noticed that Buckley can't keep it straight, is it 71 or 17. Also, Buckley has never said what the box tops are to, just that they found them. The last administration was a complete joke, but this box top thing is laughable. There is plenty of hard evidence to point at besides wasting time on 71/17 box tops that may or may not exist and may or may not be important.

We need Fresh new faces! New people that care about the city and not up anyone's butt! They should work together as a team and not be fighting among each other's parties. That's what will make our community better! The current administration/council does nothing but see how many stabs they can get on the other person, then they overlook their own foo pas. Next election, I truly hope more grovers have an open mind and realize we need to start over and bring in a new generation that will ride the same train, not throw everyone under the bus to gain their own personal benefits.

I agree, it probably won't happen, however, if a few more people would get off their butts and get more involved even if it's just to gain knowledge and see what is really going on, maybe they would wake up. These current council people (all but a couple) are not even accessible. They do not listen to what we need or want and they just kiss butt. Im so tired of it. Then the citizens want to complain after a decision has been made. Very frustrating to see all the info. put out there before hand and no one wants to speak up until their fees go up or something is taken away, then they want to gripe. Where were these people when they could have helped others stop it in the beginning. So yes, Im not only blaming certain council but also citizens! It's easy, watch a video. Talk to your council person (altho most of them lie)and voice your opinions! Then pay attention come election time and get new people that care!

So bottom line here, the mayor lied while chairing a council meeting not once but twice just on this matter.
There is no compliance officer, and nothing has been filed with anyone regarding compliance.

He also lied to the council that his queen bee wasn't actually getting a raise when he so quickly jumped in to "break the tie" and yet it was a raise! The council didn't do their homework to see the facts. He is running things thru the BOW which consist of Bell, Seward and of cours, himself to keep from going thru the council and they are are not questioning him about it. He's refusing to put things on the agenda unless he agrees with it or has enough support for the vote to go his way. These are just a few off the top of my head. They are not holding him accountable! That's how they are not doing their jobs! 1 is and he keeps getting shit on for it. He's the only one earning the right to be there now or come back!
