The first step to cleaning up Beech Grove....Does the Mayor have the stones to do it? Ask him to his Face.

The documents from the Town of Speedway posted below have been dropped off at City Hall for the Mayor and City Attorney to peruse.  In addition, I personally put a copy in each of the City Councilpersons Mailboxes as of 8/14/13.

Do yourself and the rest of Beech Grove a favor by reading back thru the Blog to see what has happened since 2005 that shapes what the city is now.  You don't have to read the comments, just read the documents requested from various Government agencies that are posted here. You can use the search option to see about a specific issue or just click on the archives on the right of the page and learn.  Documents don't lie, people do.
Listen to this, pretty much says it all.  Listen close and you will get an idea of what is going on. It's the latest City Council Meeting.  All of the meetings are on the City of Beech Grove website.  $15,000.00 was allotted for a LIVE FEED for the City Council meetings in the $2,000,000.00 bond the Mayor proposed and was approved by the City Council.

The blog posts the documents, the documents are created by the people in government.  If they don't want documents that make them look bad requested and posted it's easy, quit screwing the people of Beech Grove and I can shut down the Blog like I wanted to when Buckley became Mayor. (Take a Look, it's there on the Blog!)

Are you tired of Beech Grove's decline?  It started 3 Mayors ago and continues to this day.
Make your voice heard, stand up for where you live, be part of the solution instead of the problem.
Make a choice...Are you going to work towards bringing Beech Grove back to what we know it was and can be or are you going to go along with someone just because you voted for them?

Here is the code for the Town of Speedway pertaining to cleaning up a Town or City in order to facilitate purchasing by Homeowners and creating stability.

If you think it's a good idea contact your City Council Person and encourage them to bring it up and vote for it. I have made 15 copies of this and will be dropping them off at City Hall for all the elected officials to read at their leisure.

Call the officials at the Town of Speedway and ask them how they like the Ordinance.

Ask Judge Andrew Wells what he thinks of the Ordinance and what it would do for Beech Grove.

I would be curious to hear how the elected officials in Beech Grove react to this.  It worked for a neighbor in Marion County, why would it not work for us?  What excuses will be presented this time?  It gets enforced by Police already on the job and a Court already in existence.

The Rental Codes listed on this Blog have been dismissed by the Mayor who says, "If we had the money in the Budget we would have a Compliance Officer."  Well Mayor Buckley, YOU were the Compliance Officer when you were Fire Chief Buckley under Mayor Joe Wright why can't the current Fire Chief do the same job and add money to the General Fund from inspections and fines?
Click on the picture to enlarge it for reading or to download or print it to take to the next City Council meeting or a meeting you have with the Mayor or City Council.

I hear that Roessler has said he is running for city council in 2015 to make sure that another guy he halps get elected doesn't do a 180 on him. Any truth to this Kevin? Well?

Anonymous said...

why would the mayor only give the president of the rdc 3 minutes and then cut him off in the middle of giving everyone valuable info? why also would the mayor plan to "bury" the rdc? what the hell is going on in city hall? is it run by a fifth grader?

If Kevin was such a great gage of character, what is his explanation for his support for Buckely and now the sudden 360 change in views. Why should I listen to him now when he was so adamant about Buckley but is now totally against. I am having déjà vu!

If Kevin I really going to run for office, I am sure him and Mobley will get along just fine!

Anonymous said...

Hahaha Kevin run for office..that's the funniest thing I've read in a long time. Who would vote for that jackass? Just some flockies.
I'm sure City Hall is use to your daily visits. As far as you wasting your time with the copies....they just go where they belong. The trash. Your dream team is a joke and you're delusional if you think that they will have any chance. People want someone respectful NOT a bully.

Kevin, thanks for Speedway information. Beech Grove also has housing regulations but the "Party" donaters, both sides, have too much of a stake in the rental housing market for any "Party" a-- sucker to even consider enforcing the law. It's all about the next election, the "Party" and the organized crime politicians.

Buckley was a better choice than Dilk, but the position needs to still be improved upon

Anonymous said...

the difference between kevin and mobley is that mobley is a criminal protected by the mayor along with the marion county prosecutor and kevin lives the life most of us wish we had that is perfectly legal.

Anonymous said...

After listening to the Mayor talk about the RDC it makes you wonder why he hates them so much?

Anonymous said...

Kevin do you really think the Mayor has the guts to do this when he can't even have the Rental Codes enforced or even appoint a Compliance Officer? The guy is scared of his own shadow, the last time he even refused an interview when the Channel 6 lady came to see him and his so called grass cutter using kids for labor.

Anonymous said...

The whole deal of the boy cutting grass was absurd. Those who complained obviously have no life. I would have told Channel 6 & the old bitty who called it in off!!

Anonymous said...

I want to know who owns the new ice cream shop? I seen several people ask online & for whatever reason no one answers.

Anonymous said...

Mike Jarvis and Karla Middleton Richardson own the new shop! Congrats to them and their families!

Thanks

Why does the Mayor want to get rid of education pay for Beech Grove employees? Shouldn't we encourage our employees to have more education? Maybe the City wouldn't be in such a bad position if our Mayor had a college degree.

Anonymous said...

The education pay is a bonus for the rest of their time being on the city payroll. It is not a one time glad you got your degree. That's why.

Anonymous said...

No one complained when the state of Indiana took further education pay away from all of our teachers. Unfortunately in todays world, if there is no monetary benefit to educate yourself, most people choose not to.

Anonymous said...

Yes, you need an education to understand the need for an education.

Anonymous said...

Does the clerk have a high school degree, let alone a college degree?

Anonymous said...

The way the education pay is structured in Beech Grove if you take an art class you get paid every year for your entire career.

Anonymous said...

You are correct. The classes you are taking doesn't have to pertain to your job. But, if you get EMT certified you get extra money and then you can complain when you have to work on the ambulance. Those boys and girls have it soooooo made. They don't have to pay for most of their meals either. Start looking up what the city and state are required to give to public safety. If people really knew most every body would want to join the force. Small cities have it made since the odds are better you will not fight too many fires.

Anonymous said...

I don't believe that is only Beech Grove! Most of the country is set up that way.

Anonymous said...

While we are on the subject of unnecessary benefits does the fire department still get daily meal money to eat on? Long ago when they stayed at the station it was started. It seems stupid now. They all parade into the restaurants and eat like the rest of us. I think if the city needs to save money ending the meal money would be a great idea. They are no different than the rest of Americans, they can afford to buy their own meals. It seems they would want to because it is no different than them all being on FOOD STAMPS. You would think they would have a little pride in themselves. Care to comment?

Anonymous said...

Why would you be against education pay? Highly educated employees provide higher quality work product, are less liability, and are more efficient. Disagree, but decades of studies prove this. Just look at our Mayor, if he had a college degree maybe Beech Grove would be heading in the right direction, instead of being handed over to his campaign donors.

Anonymous said...

Does the clerk have an education? What are his credentials? A few economic classes might really help him find other ways to fund sidewalks and streets without having to have citizens take rides in the ambulance.

Anonymous said...

funny how this blog acts as if Beech Grove is the only city that treats their public safety with benefits. How about you do your research and realize most cities are the same way. You are lame.

Anonymous said...

post all comments, Kevin! Keep it fair!!!!!!!!

Dear 951 am.

I am going to hurt your feelings so that you can go tell everyone that mean ole Kevin insulted you.

Are you really that stupid that you think that all of the posts on here are mine and property of the Blog? My posts have my name and the posts that are the main body of the thread are mine. Quit lying to make yourself the victim.

Dear 250pm

The only comments that don't get posted are the ones that are very personal. What the politicians don't realize is that everyone knows their personal business and skeletons because they try to post them on here all the time. Buckley and others whine like children about how they are treated on here when they have no idea what doesn't get posted about them. The 2 horrible things about having this blog are: 1 - having to have it which is pathetic and only the fault of those who screw up. 2 - all the wacky crap I know about A TON of people in BG that I can't unknow(if that is a word.)

Quit blaming the Blog because it's convenient.

I ran in 2003 to benefit Public Safety and it was the one thing Joe Wright did that he said he was going to do. Maybe the cops who were employed back then forgot why they make the money they do now.

Kevin, you are the "admin" and it should be your responsibility to post only those statements that are true. For you to allow others to continually post incorrect statements knowing that they are false, completely undermines your credibility and/or the credibility of anyone that you are supporting. How can we believe anything that you post, when most of the anonymous poster comments on this blog is false and inaccurate? Until we all come together with the cities best interest at heart, and forget about the individual bickering and worrying about who likes who and who hates who, this city will continue to be divided. We are a small city and need to work together to make it better. If you truly had the cities best interest at heart, where are your posts about Main Street, business' in BG, activities, sports, and other happenings and positives in the grove. Change this site from the current position of only blogging about stuff you personally disagree with, and make it a positive for the city. According to your idea of the number counter and how it works, a few people check this site regularly. Use it to benefit the city instead of continuing to spread hate. Post the good and the bad! Now that's an idea!!

Anonymous said...

based on the personal crap you allow through, the stuff that you choose not to post must be shocking. You should either post all personal attacks or none. How can you pick and choose?

Anonymous said...

I bet only half of the comments that are made actually get posted on this blog site.

Anonymous said...

9:46am Did you say SIEDWALKS??? Is Dan putting in sidewalks too? Way to go Dan! I hope you start on my street first because I don't have any. When is the last time the city put in sidewalks? After that child got hit last week on Southeastern- no sidewalks- I would say sidewalks is about as much Public Safety minded as you can get. Thanks Dan!

Anonymous said...

And you just proved my point today. Post all comments.

Let us not forget that this blog was started by Denny Morris. He was going to end it when he moved out of Beech Grove. Mr. Roessler swooped in and started using it to satisfy his personal agenda. It is more editorial than fact.

Kevin Roessler said...

LMAO.

Please feel free to prove anything I post on the Blog as wrong. Good luck with that.

Spin all you want but you can't argue or wish away the documents that are created by City Hall.

Here's a wacky idea. Why not just to what is right and proper by law and what's right for the people that live here instead of trashing the people and the city?

If "you people" put as much energy into doing what is right as you do trying to skirt the law and put money into your buddies pockets everything would be fixed already.

Can someone please tell all of us why Mayor Buckley took his campaign website down? It had all of his promises listed.

Here is some positive news for this "blog".

Free concert in the park today!
Fun for the entire family!

Lets see how many of "the other side" people actually show up to something positive that is happening in our city!?!?!??!?

Anonymous said...

I am going to start a blog and call it The BG Joker Updates. It's going to be about all the stunts you do every day in BG. The harassment of the elected officials is ridiculous. Before you say that your personal business doesn't belong out there because you're not running for office....people have a right to know exactly what kind of neighbor they have & who exactly you are that they choose to listen to. So heads up be prepared for this because it's going to get ugly.

Anonymous said...

The IBJ has some good info about our neighbors!

Anonymous said...

So many specific questions and responses to Kevin, but he never responds or addresses them! Shocking!

Anonymous said...

Kevin....Kevin....Kevin Roessler, are you here....Kevin....Kevin....

Kevin Roessler said...

Why would I be scared of threats coming from Dennis Buckley when I wasn't scared when Joe Wright did it, Terry Dilk and Chris Duffer did it, and all the others.

I have taken on bully after bully.

Bring it. I did not do anything illegal.

While you are trying to trash me which is all you have to go one since you can't say that the documents are false the Mayor is covering for a city council person busted for soliciting a hooker simply because Mobley will do his dirty work.

Where is Mayor Buckley now when before he was calling for Mobley's resignation?

Mayor Buckley is happy with Mobley now because he has him on a nice tight leash. My guess is that having a Democratic Marion County Prosecutor is going to work out good for Buckley and Mobley.

Anonymous said...

Clerk Dan, the true definition of a hypocrite.

Anonymous said...

Insinuating that Mayor Buckley is involved with the prosecution of Mobley is another attempt to slant the truth or lie. The justice system is there to protect the innocent and prove the guilt of someone. It takes time and some lawyers know how to work the system and drag things out for their client. Quit twisting the story to try and implicate Mayor Buckley. Mobley will have his day in court. It is no different than me saying that you Kevin know the prosecutor and are getting Mobley off. Grow up.

Anonymous said...

Once again, Kevin fails to address any of the questions asked of him or this "blog!"

Anonymous said...

Kevin, your grasping for straws there. Do another records request, your really reaching for material.

Anonymous said...

Kevin, please post documentation and facts to back up your claim that the prosecutor and mayor are protecting Mobley. You have said time and again that you only post what you can back up with documentation. Put your money where your mouth is, sir.

Anonymous said...

So much for protect and serve, aid and comfort, yesterday I watched a Beech Grove fire rescue truck / ambulance drive through an accident on county line road heading west about 5:30pm no light or sirens, didn't stop to check on anyone even though there were no other emergency vehicles on the scene. Guess they were late for that meal money dinner. WOW

Anonymous said...

Kevin where are your beloved "stones" you like to flaunt. Show us the facts of this conspiracy of the prosecutor and Mayor to free Mobley. I think your caught in your own little fantasy world. You preach facts so lets see them, aaaa please.

Anonymous said...

Let he who is without STONES cast the first sin. LOL I KILL ME

Anonymous said...

Kevin, where is 3:06's proof? So now you allow open bashing of those who protect and serve us with no proof?

Also, where are the email records you demanded? You sure have been quiet lately. Does that mean your working on some new conspiracy or are you just out of material?

Haha! I kill me.

Anonymous said...

Here's some facts for you and no this isn't Kevin.
The Mayor and the council broke the law when they used sanitation fund Main for the RDC Main Street project, then they broke the law again borrowing $400,000 in the last bond for the Main Street project. The Main Street project is in a RDC TIF area and therefore all funds used must be RDC funds.
The RDC Broke the law when they paved the alleys, RDC funds can only be used for RDC projects in their five year plan and in RDC TIF zones or areas.
The Mayor and the RDC broke the law when they agreed to give the Rock Pile away to a land developer
and the city attorney should be under investigation for allowing any of these things.
The one good thing in this whole mess is Joe Griffin, he was not involved with the RDC when all the money was spent, when the rock pile was bought and given away, when the laptop was bought illegally, when funds for projects were misused, but he is the guy who hired ICE Miller as the RDC attorney and he is the one finding all the illegally and incorrect activity over the last 8 and 1/2 years of the RDC, funny thing is now the mayor and some of the council are trying to force him out of the RDC.

Not Kevin, Joe, or a fan of this corrupt city administration.

Anonymous said...

How can the city attorney allow a group of people to paint the emerson avenue wall, when Indianapolis is supposedly in charge of upkeep? Does the group have insurance or did the city add them to thier policy? Didn't one of the DPW workers get injured when installing signs along the same corridor last year? Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen! I hope Beech Grove knows what they are getting into. The wall definitely needs painted and I will be there to help on September 7; however, I just hope everything goes as planned and all volunteers are safe.

Anonymous said...

what 3:06 posted about the rescue truck is correct there were five of us at the pipe puffer who went out to help as they rolled on by.

Anonymous said...

How can the city allow the painting of the wall by volunteers, when we were not allowed to count trash cans due to liability with the city. We even offered to sign waivers.

Anonymous said...

Is that really happening? Can the city not afford to pay a professional to paint the wall?
